Can our stations cherry-pick individual HV hours?

We allow a limited amount of "cherry-picking" individual programs. The weekly hours are for stations broadcasting the weekly series. After the programs have run on our stations, some of our timely or evergreen hours are put up at PRX, for a charge (PRX points):
